Pursuant to Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1)(a), the Company announces that it received notification on 29 June 2016 that John Barton, Non-executive Chairman, acquired 10,000 ordinary shares of 27 2/7 pence each in the Company ("Shares") on 29 June 2016 at a price of £10.68 per Share in London. The Shares are registered in the name of Platform Securities Nominees Ltd., with John Barton holding beneficial title.
