The Company announces that on 21 March 2017, Peter Duffy, the Chief Commercial Officer and Sophie Norton, as his person closely associated (as defined in the EU Market Abuse Regulation), acquired the number of shares set out in the notification forms below. The shares were acquired under a dividend reinvestment arrangement with Barclays Stockbrokers Limited, the registered holder of those shares, following easyJet's ordinary dividend for the year ended 30 September 2016 being paid on 17 March 2017.
