Director/PDMR shareholding

The Company announces that on 20 March 2015, Peter Duffy, who is a PDMR, acquired 66 Dividend Shares. This is through electing to re-invest the ordinary dividend for the year ended 30 September 2014 (declared by the Company's shareholders at the Company's AGM in February) earned on his existing Share Incentive Plan ('SIP') shares.
The Dividend Shares were purchased at a price of Β£18.5177 per share. The Company received notification of this transaction from the trustees of the SIP on 23 March 2015. The Dividend Shares will vest on the 3rd anniversary of the date on which they were acquired.
In addition, the Company announces that on 23 March 2015, a connected person to Peter Duffy purchased 258 shares at a price of Β£18.538 per share. The details of the transaction are contained in the form below.
