The Company announces that on 21 March 2014, Peter Duffy and Rachel Kentleton, who are PDMRs, acquired the number of Dividend Shares set out against their names below. This is through electing to re-invest the ordinary dividend for the year ended 30 September 2013 together with the special dividend (declared by the Company's shareholders at the Company's AGM in February) earned on their existing Share Incentive Plan ('SIP') shares.

The Dividend Shares were purchased at the price of £16.1927 per share.
The Company received notification of this transaction from the trustees of the SIP on 24 March 2014.
The Dividend Shares will vest on the 3rd anniversary of the date on which they were acquired (i.e. 21 March 2014).
This notification is made pursuant to the requirements of the Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R.
