Eagle Eye, a leading SaaS and AI technology company that creates digital connections enabling personalised, real-time marketing at scale, announces that it has been informed today that Al Henderson, Chief Sales Officer of the Company, has today purchased 3,928 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 380.0 pence per share.
Following this transaction Al Henderson has a beneficial interest of 182,046 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.6 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
