The Company has been informed that Lucy Sharman-Munday, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, today purchased 10,891 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") into her personal pension at a price of 144.0 pence per share.
Following this transaction Lucy Sharman-Munday has a beneficial interest of 35,641 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.14 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
