The Company was today informed that on 26 October 2017, Bill Currie, Non Executive Director acquired 250,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 208.5 pence per share. Following this transaction Bill Currie's beneficial interest in Ordinary Shares is now 3,263,322 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 12.84 percent of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
