The Company has been informed that Catherine Currie, the wife of William Currie, a non-executive director of the Company, on 18 November 2022 sold 1,078,762 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 555 pence per share.
Following this transaction William Currie has a beneficial interest of 2,334,560 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 8.43 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
