The Company has been informed today that on 29 May 2020, Robert Senior, a Non-executive director of the Company, purchased 9,818 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 173.0 pence per share.
Following this transaction Robert Senior has a beneficial interest of 27,190 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.11 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
