The Board expresses its sinceregratitude to Mike for his professionalism and dedication, especially during thelast two years of significant change, and wishes Mike well in his retirement. Mike's role as Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer will be taken upby Gavin Prise, currently the director of the Eastern Hemisphere Region of theGroup.
