Transaction in Own Shares

Experian plc, the global information services company (the "Company"), hereby notifies the market, in conformity with Listing Rule 12.4.6R, of the following:

Further to the announcement by the Company on 18 May 2017 of a share repurchase programme, the Company announces that it has purchased its ordinary shares of 10 US cents each ("Shares") on the London Stock Exchange through J.P. Morgan Securities plc, as follows:

Date of purchase: 22 May 2017

Number of Shares purchased (aggregate volume): 234,290

Lowest price per share 1644.0000

Highest price per share 1650.0000

Weighted average price: 1649.5816

The Shares purchased will be cancelled.

All transactions under this programme will be published on the Company's website (www.experianplc.com) on a weekly basis.
