Director/PDMR shareholding
16 June 2011 - Exillon Energy plc ("Exillon Energy", the "Company" or the "Group") (EXI.LN), a British listed independent oil producer with assets in two oil-rich regions of northern Russia, Timan-Pechora ("Exillon TP") and West Siberia ("Exillon WS"), announces it has been notified by David Herbert, its Non-Executive Chairman of the Board, that on Wednesday, 15 June 2011, he purchased 12,046 ordinary shares in the capital of Exillon Energy ("Shares") at a price of 414 pence per Share for total consideration of £49,997.25.
As a result of this purchase, Mr Herbert's interest in Exillon Energy amounts to 12,046 Shares representing 0.0075% per cent of Exillon Energy's issued share capital.
Exillon Energy has also been notified by Thomas E. Johnson, the Company Secretary, that on Thursday, 16 June 2011, he purchased 5,000 Shares in the capital of Exillon Energy at a price of 408.95 pence per Share for total consideration of £20,447.50.
As a result of this purchase, Mr Johnson's interest in Exillon Energy amounts to 5,000 Shares representing 0.0031% per cent of Exillon Energy's issued share capital.
