2017 Extraordinary General Meeting

14 August 2017 - Exillon Energy plc ("Exillon Energy", the "Company" or the "Group") (EXI.LN), a London Premium listed oil producer with assets in two oil-rich regions of Russia, Timan-Pechora ("Exillon TP") and West Siberia ("Exillon WS"), announces that the Company has called an Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") and Notice of the EGM is now available on the Company's website, www.exillonenergy.com.

An electronic copy of the above document has also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm. A hard copy of the EGM Notice and Form of Proxy will be posted to shareholders.

The EGM will be held at the offices of Padva, Haslam-Jones & Partners LLP, Hamilton House, 1 Temple Avenue, London, EC4Y 0HA on Wednesday 30 August 2017 at 11.00 am.
