ASX Trading Halt
Ferrum Crescent Limited, the ASX, AIM and JSE quoted iron ore developer in Northern South Africa, today advises that trading in its ordinary securities on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) has entered a trading halt pending the announcement of a proposed capital raise. The Company expects to make an announcement regarding the proposed capital raise prior to the commencement of trading on Thursday, 9 October 2014 (Australian time) at which time the trading halt will be lifted.
Trading in the Company's ordinary securities will continue on AIM during this period.
