Update regarding Annual Report

Eurasia Mining Plc ("Eurasia" or the "Company"), the palladium, platinum, rhodium, iridium and gold mining company, announces that further to the announcement dated 27 June 2024, its audit for the year ending 31 December 2023 is progressing and nearing completion, and the Company expects to publish its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023 (the "Annual Report") during August 2024.

Trading in the Company's ordinary shares on AIM remains suspended pending publication of the Annual Report.

In accordance with Rule 41 of the AIM Rules, the admission of the Company's shares to trading on AIM will be cancelled if the Company's shares are suspended from trading for six months.
