For the purposesΒ of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure andΒ TransparencyΒ Rules, the totalΒ number of ordinary shares ofΒ 0.1pΒ each in the capital of the Company in issue as at the date of this notice isΒ 330,204,007Β with each share carrying the right to one vote.
There areΒ noΒ shares held in treasury.
Therefore, theΒ total number of voting rightsΒ in the CompanyΒ isΒ 330,204,007.
