("Eurasia" or the "Company")
Issue of equity in lieu of creditors fees and directors remunerations
Further to the announcement of earlier today, the Company confirms that it has issued a further 22,783,077 ordinary shares ("New Shares") in the Company at a price of 0.65p to various creditors in lieu of fees and to directors of the Company in lieu of directors remunerations.
Of the New Shares, 8,069,231 Ordinary Shares are being issued to directors as set out as follows:

* Dmitry Suschov is deemed to have an interest in 284,877,066 Ordinary Shares representing 19.55% of the issued share capital of the Company, of which 234,500,000 Ordinary Shares are held by Deloan Investments Limited, a company controlled by Mr Suschov.
Application will be made for the New Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings in these shares are expected to commence on the 27 September 2016.
Following this share issue the total number of issued ordinary shares in the Company will then be 1,457,457,594 ordinary shares and consequently the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 1,457,457,594. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
