Issue of Equity

The Company is pleased to announce that it has received notice that existing shareholders are to exercise 98,225 warrants over ordinary shares of 0.1p each at a price of 1p per share (the "Warrant Shares"). These Warrants were issued to shareholders pursuant to the re-structuring of the Company on 29 June 2009.

Application will be made for the Warrant Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings in these shares are expected to commence on 10 September 2009.

The total number of issued ordinary shares in the Company, including the Warrant Shares, will then be 327,704,007 Ordinary Shares.
