The Company announces that on 8Β July 2008, Christian SchaffalitzkyΒ completed theΒ purchaseΒ ofΒ 950,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") atΒ an averageΒ priceΒ of 3.3p per share. Following this acquisition, Christian Schaffalitzky is interested in 2,916,866 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.07% of the Company's issued share capital.
