Appointment of Director
Eurasia is pleased to announce the appointment of Dmitry Suschov, as a non-executive director of the Company, with immediate effect.
Dmitry Suschov, aged 30, is currently a director of Deloan Investments Limited and the following Russian and Ukrainian companies: Daltekhgas (Open Joint Stock Company), Kiev Oxygen Works (Closed Joint Stock Company), and Pivdentekhgas (Open Joint Stock Company).
He has, in the previous five years, also been a director of NH Capital Limited, Dutch Noble House Limited and Noble House Kazakhstan Limited.
Dmitry does not hold any other directorships or partnerships and has not been a director of, or partner in, any other company or partnership in the past five years.
Dmitry is the sole director and shareholder of Deloan Investments Limited which, as announced to the market on 28 May 2008 (the "Announcement"), entered into a convertible loan note agreement and warrant instrument with the Company. Dmitry does not currently hold any shares in the Company but could, as a result of the transaction set out in the Announcement, have an interest in up to 60,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company (being up to 29.87% of the enlarged share capital).
There is no further information to be disclosed under Schedule Two (g) of the AIM Rules.
