Directors Dealing - Sale and Purchase
The Company announces that it was notified today that Leigh Stimpson sold 2,480 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 99 pence per Ordinary Share today. Mr. Stimpson has also today purchased 8,411 Ordinary Shares through his personal pension at a price of 107p.
Following these transactions Mr. Stimpson has a beneficial interest (including Ordinary Shares held in his personal pension) in 169,511 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 6.46 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
