AIM Rule Disclosure - Schedule 2(g) Update
In accordance with Rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies, the following information falls to be disclosed regarding Robert Drummond, non-executive Director of ET China:
Mr Drummond was appointed Director of a private company called Cornerstone Developments Limited ("Cornerstone") on 23 December 1994. On 7 November 2008, the Board and the shareholders of Cornerstone resolved that Cornerstone would be unable to repay its debts as they fell due and was put into Creditors' Voluntary Liquidation.
