Total Voting Rights and Capital
In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R, esure Group plc (the "Company") notifies the market that as of 1 November 2014:
i) | The Company's issued share capital consists of 416,842,797 ordinary shares of 1/12p all of these shares carry voting rights of one vote per share;
|
ii) | The Company does not hold any shares in treasury; and
|
iii) | The above figure of 416,842,797 may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
