esure Group plc (the "Company")

Additional Listing

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the listing of 926,936 ordinary shares of 1/12 pence each in the Company to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted to trading.

These shares will be issued and allotted pursuant to the esure Group plc 2016 Deferred Bonus Plan (78,086 shares), the esure Performance Share Plan 2013 (840,300 shares) and the esure Group plc 2016 Strategic Leadership Plan (8,550 shares).

The shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares in issue.

Admission is expected to be effective on 13 March 2018.
