Announcement of Share Buy Backs
EPE Special Opportunities plc ("ESO plc" or the "Company") announces its intention to commence purchases of ordinary shares of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") ("Share Buy Backs"). The transactions will be in line with the Company's stated policy to pursue Share Buy Backs.
The proposed Share Buy Backs will be funded by the Company's cash reserves. The Ordinary Shares will be purchased by a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, Corvina Limited. The repurchased Ordinary Shares may be held and resold as if they were Treasury Shares. Any Share Buy Backs are likely to exceed 25 per cent of the average daily volume in the Ordinary Shares.
The proposed Share Buy Backs will be effected on behalf of the Company by its broker, Numis Securities Limited, and will commence from today. Any Share Buy Backs will be made in in accordance with the terms set out in the notice made at the Company's annual general meeting held on 28 July 2016.
