On 28 November 2016, Geoffrey Vero, the non-executive chairman of the Company, purchased 6,110 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 245.0p per Ordinary Share. Following the transaction, Mr. Vero has the beneficial interest of 84,912 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.29% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
