Amendment of warrant exercise date

EPE Special Opportunities plc (the "Company") announces an amendment to the exercise date of warrants, issued in respect of the convertible loan note refinancing announced on 16 September 2015. Having consulted with warrant holders, the Company has agreed to amend the earliest exercise date to 28 July 2017 from 31 July 2018 previously.

The Company will make application for the issue of new Ordinary Shares, to be issued and allotted as a result of subsequent warrant exercises, be admitted to trading on AIM.
