Essentra plc Director/PDMR Shareholding
Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibility
Further to the announcement on 6th October 2025 relating to the vesting of share options, Scott Fawcett, Chief Executive Officer, and a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") under article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation ("MAR"), has now received 413 Dividend Equivalent shares relating to the payment of the 2025 Interim dividend.
Following the transaction, the resultant holding held by Scott Fawcett in Essentra shares is 181,205 ordinary shares of 25 pence.
