In accordance with paragraph 9.6.14 of the Listing Rules, Essentra plc announces that, Tommy Breen, Non-Executive Director and Senior Independent Director, has been appointed with effect from 27 January 2021 as an independent Non-Executive Director and Chairman Designate of Homeserve plc. Tommy will become Chairman of Homeserve plc on 19 May 2021.
Homeserve plc is listed on the London Stock Exchange.
