Escher Group Holdings plc (AIM: ESCH, "Escher" or "the Group"), a world leading provider of outsourced, point of service software to the postal industry, received notification that Liam Church, President and Chief Executive Officer, sold 255,000 ordinary shares in the Group ("Ordinary Share") at a price of 145 pence per Ordinary Share and that Fionnuala Higgins, Chief Commercial Officer, sold 255,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 145 pence per Ordinary Share, earlier today.
Following the sale, Liam Church has a beneficial interest of 1,805,160 Ordinary Shares representing 9.63% of the Group's issued share capital.
Following the sale, Fionnuala Higgins has a beneficial interest of 1,805,160 Ordinary Shares representing 9.63% of the Group's issued share capital.
