Director's Dealing
Ergomed, a company focused on providing specialised services to the pharmaceutical industry, announces that on 6 November 2019, Dr Miroslav Reljanovic, founder and Executive Chairman of the Company, transferred 176,470 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Share(s)") to a former employee of the Company (the "Transfer"). The Transfer took place following an exercise of options over Ergomed shares owned by Dr Miroslav Reljanovic which had been granted on 20 July 2015 at an exercise price of 1 pence per Share.
Following the Transfer, Dr Miroslav Reljanovic's holding has reduced to 10,879,297 Shares (representing 23.0 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital).
