Epwin Group Plc (AIM: EPWN) ("Epwin" or the "Company"), the leading manufacturer of low maintenance building products, supplying the Repair, Maintenance and Improvement ("RMI"), new build and social housing sectors, announces that on 18 January 2021 the Company allotted 453,521 new ordinary shares of 0.05p each in the company ("Ordinary Shares") to satisfy employee share options exercised at a price of 64.0p per Ordinary Share under the Epwin Group plc SAYE option scheme which were granted in November 2017. These new Ordinary Shares were issued under the Company's block listing which was announced on 5 January 2021.

The Company also announces that on 18 January 2021, under the authority granted by shareholders at the Company's AGM on 16 June 2020, it purchased 388,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 93.0p. These Ordinary Shares are to be held in treasury and will be utilised to satisfy the vesting of awards made under the Company's current SAYE option scheme and any future management Long Term Incentive Plans.

Following these transactions, the Company's issued ordinary share capital consists of 145,000,731 Ordinary Shares, of which a total of 388,000 Ordinary Shares are held in treasury. Therefore, the total voting rights in the Company is 144,612,731. This figure should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
