Epwin Group Plc (AIM: EPWN), the leading manufacturer of energy efficient and low maintenance building products, with significant market shares, supplying the Repair, Maintenance and Improvement ("RMI"), new build and social housing sectors announces that yesterday, 23 April 2024, the following awards over ordinary shares of 0.05 pence each in the Company ("Shares") were granted under the Epwin Long Term Incentive Plan to the following directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities:
