Earthport PLC22 March 2006 22 March 2006 Earthport plc ("Earthport" or the "Company") Notification of Increase in Issued Ordinary Share Capital Earthport has issued 2,850,000 Ordinary Shares at 36p each as the result of theexercise of warrants and 500,000 Ordinary Shares at 32p for cash, thus raising£1,186,000 for the Company. In addition 29,905 Ordinary Shares have been issued in satisfaction of £10,692of debt. In total 3,379,905 Ordinary Shares have been issued and allotted and applicationhas been made for them to be admitted to trading on AIM on Friday 24 March 2006.
