Earthport PLC22 December 2005 Stock Exchange Announcement 22nd December 2005 earthport plc ("earthport" or the "Company") Placing of £1.28 million The Board of eathport announces that it has placed 3,872,000 Ordinary Shares of10p each ("Shares"), at prices ranging from 32p to 43p each for cash, raising£1,280,000. Application has been made for these Shares plus a further 503,471 Shares,previously announced, to be admitted to trading on AIM on Thursday 29thDecember.
