Earthport PLC07 December 2006 Embargoed until 07.01, 7 December 2006 Earthport plc ("Earthport" or the "Company") Issue of Long Term Debt and Equity Earthport is pleased to announce that it has secured £410,000 in long term debt from General Capital Venture Finance Limited ("GCVFL") on identical terms to theexisting five year amortising facility that was established in December 2005. In addition Earthport has raised a further £760,000 for the Company through theissue of 1,237,381 new Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company at 21p per Ordinary Share and 2,173,913 new Ordinary Shares at 23p per Ordinary Share. The Shares have been issued and allotted and application has been made for themto be admitted to trading on AIM on Wednesday 13 December 2006. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Sharesin the Company. Following the admission of the new Ordinary Shares, the total number of OrdinaryShares in issue will be 36,109,377.
