Earthport plc ("Earthport" or the "Company")
Exercise of Warrants
A Warrant Holder has exercised Warrants, which expire on 31 December 2009, over 628,301 new Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company at 23p per share realising £144,509.23 for the Company.
As a result application has been made for 628,301 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company to be admitted to AIM on Tuesday 28 July 2009.
The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares in the Company.
Following the admission of the new Ordinary Shares, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 88,511,337 Ordinary Shares of 10p each, with voting rights.
This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company, to determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency rules.
