Trading Update, Notice of Results and Investor Presentation

The Directors of Europa Oil & Gas (Holdings) plc are pleased to provide an update on trading for the year to 31 July 2010. Oil production revenues are broadly in line with analyst expectations at £3.1 million. However, pre-tax profit figures are expected to be lower than anticipated due to exceptional items.

Results for the year ended 31 July 2010 are scheduled to be announced during the week of the 18th October 2010.

The Company will be presenting an Investor Update at ProActive Investors on the 30th September and the presentation will be available on the Company's website (www.europaoil.com).
