Europa has been informed that Hugh Mackay, Chief Executive of the Company, has today purchased 1 ordinary share of 1 pence ("Ordinary Share") at a price of 6.1 pence per Ordinary Share. This purchase was made to facilitate Mr. Mackay's participation in the intended open offer to shareholders, as set out in the Company's announcement released earlier today.

Following this transaction Mr. Mackay is interested in 860,824 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.6 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
