New Block Listing Application

London, 23 March 2023 - Energean plc (LSE: ENOG, TASE: אנאג) is pleased to announce that an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 1,030,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange.

The block listing relates to ordinary shares which will be allotted from time to time in accordance with the vesting of share awards under the Energean 2020-2022 Long Term Incentive Plan and 2021 Deferred Bonus Plan. The shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company and it is anticipated that the block listing will be admitted on or around Friday 24 March 2023.
