Director dealing
Empresaria announces that Miles Hunt, Chief Executive has since April 2007 granted 2,190,971 Empresaria ordinary shares of 5p each ("Empresaria Shares") held by Mr Hunt as security to HSBC in connection with a personal loan. The loan was used by Mr Hunt to subscribe for Empresaria Shares and Mr Hunt informed the board of Empresaria of the existence of such a loan at the time of the transaction.
The aggregate interest of Mr Hunt, and his connected parties, in Empresaria Shares is 3,837,571 shares (representing 11.3 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company) as disclosed on 14 October 2008.
No other director of the Company has granted security over or entered into any financial instruments relating to any of their holdings of Empresaria Shares in the Company.
