Empresaria Group PLC25 September 2006 Empresaria Group plc ("Empresaria" or the "Company") Additional Listing Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of224,316 new ordinary shares of 5p each fully paid, ranking pari passu with theexisting ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares"), to trading on the AlternativeInvestment Market ("AIM") on 29 September 2006. These new Ordinary Shares wereallotted pursuant to the consideration relating to the purchase of shares fromminority shareholders in LMA Recruitment Limited ("LMA") and TeamSales Limited("TeamSales"); both subsidiaries of the Company. The acquisition of the minority shareholdings is made pursuant to an originalagreement between Empresaria and the employee shareholders of both companies anda subsequent agreement between the same parties made earlier this year. LMA and TeamSales specialise in financial recruitment and the supply of stafffor the new homes industry respectively.
