Company Update

European Metals Holdings Limited (ASX & AIM: EMH, OTCQX and OTCQB: EMHXY and EMHLF) ("European Metals" or the "Company") provides an update on project funding and the Cinovec Lithium Project's Definitive Feasibility Study ("DFS").

The Company wishes to confirm that all monies due to the Project Company Geomet under the recent cash call have been paid and no amounts are outstanding. The Company informed the market of the cash call in its release of 18 August 2025 and elaborated on the strategy to meet this obligation, confirming in the Company's release of 12 September 2025 the successful completion of the majority of the call.

The Company also takes the opportunity to provide an update on the DFS, with all substantive works now completed and progress with some final works and full documentation continuing, with expected delivery of the results of the study in the first half of December 2025.

Keith Coughlan, Executive Chairman of the Company commented, "Whilst it is disappointing that the DFS is still incomplete, the technical works are now substantially complete. This is a very large and complex project and DRA have done a great job to get us to this stage of near completion."

This announcement has been approved for release by the Board.
