Interim Dividend - Pence Sterling Amount Payable
Man Group plc (the "Company") announced on 30 July 2025, an interim dividend for the year ending 31 December 2025 of 5.7 US cents per ordinary share and communicated that the corresponding amount in Pence Sterling per ordinary share would be announced on 29 August 2025.
The Pence Sterling amount payable in respect of the interim dividend has been determined with reference to the average of the market exchange rates on the three working days commencing 26 August 2025, resulting in an applicable exchange rate of £1:US$1.3485. Accordingly, the Pence Sterling amount payable to shareholders in relation to the interim dividend will be 4.23 pence per ordinary share.
The interim dividend will be paid on 19 September 2025 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 8 August 2025.
