Final Dividend - Pence Sterling Amount Payable
Man Group plc (the "Company") announced a final dividend for the year ending 31 December 2022 of 10.1 cents per ordinary share on 28 February 2023 and communicated that the corresponding amount in Pence Sterling per ordinary share would be announced on 5 May 2023. The Pence Sterling amount payable in respect of the final dividend has been determined with reference to the average of the market exchange rates on the three working days commencing 2 May 2023, resulting in an applicable exchange rate of £1:US$1.2520. Accordingly, the Pence Sterling amount payable to shareholders in relation to the final dividend will be 8.07 Pence Sterling per ordinary share.
The final dividend will be paid on 19 May 2023 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 11 April 2023.
