1. Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2023 (the "Annual Report")
2. Notice of the 2024 Annual General Meeting (the "AGM Notice")
3. Form of Proxy for the 2024 Annual General Meeting
The Annual Report and AGM Notice are also available on the Company's website at www.man.com/investor-relations. The Annual Report will be available in ESEF compliant format on the National Storage Mechanism and on the Company's website, on or around 13 March 2024.
The Company confirms that, in compliance with DTR 6.3.5(1A), the regulated information required under DTR 6.3.5 is available in unedited full text within the Annual Report available on the National Storage Mechanism and, in compliance with DTR 6.3.5(3), is available on the Company's website as noted above.
