CLIMACO PROSPECT The operator has advised that the Climaco-1 well was spudded on the 12th July2007. The Climaco Prospect is the third of the three prospects that are being drilledin the current program which are analogues of historic prolific Frio andVicksburg sands production in the project area at < 2,000 meters depth. As with the successful wells in the first program, the tie in of any commercialdiscovery made on these prospects in this current three well program will berapid as the project area is crossed by a number of gas pipelines with accessrights and available capacity.
