PDMR Dealing
Everyman Media Group PLC (AIM: EMAN), the independent, premium cinema group, announces that, on 1 May 2026, Sheree Manning, Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director, purchased 30,395 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 32.9 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the purchase, Ms. Manning has a direct interest in 30,395 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.03 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
The Company also announces that, on 1 May 2026 Charles Dorfman, Interim Creative Director and Executive Director, purchased 144,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 33.0 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the purchase, Mr. Dorfman has a direct interest in 6,094,027 Ordinary Shares, representing 6.68 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
