Everyman Media Group PLC (AIM: EMAN), the independent, premium cinema group, announces that William (Will) Worsdell ACA, who currently holds the role of finance director at the Company, will continue to oversee the financial activities of the Group, assuming an Executive Director position and joining the Board with immediate effect.
Will joined Everyman in early May 2022, having previously held senior financial roles at several leisure and hospitality businesses including Head of Commercial Finance at Côte Brasserie. Previously, Will also worked in financial and operational planning at Heathrow for three years. Will qualified as a chartered accountant in 2014.
Mr William John Henry Worsdell (aged 33) holds or has held the below current and former directorships within the past 5 years.

Mr Worsdell is interested in 200,000 options over ordinary shares of Everyman. 100,000 options have an exercise price of £1.30 and the remaining 100,000 have an exercise price of £1.11.
Mr Worsdell was appointed as a director of Red Rickshaw Limited on 3 September 2021 and resigned on 14 April 2022. On 21 June 2022, following an assessment of the company's financial position by the Board of Red Rickshaw Limited, the company was placed into creditors' voluntary liquidation (CVL) with PKF GM appointed as liquidator. At present, the shortfall to creditors is not known.
Save as set out above, there is no further information to be disclosed in relation to Mr Worsdell's appointment pursuant to AIM Rule 17 or paragraph (g) of Schedule Two of the AIM Rules for Companies.
