Everyman Media Group PLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Jeremy Summerfield to the Board as Chief Financial Officer, on or before 1 July 2022. His exact date of joining with be announced in due course.
Jeremy has a successful track record in financial leadership and brings strong operational and commercial experience gained in a range of both public and private businesses. Most recently, Jeremy served as the CFO, Americas and EMEA, at Dynata, a leading data platform company through a successful period of growth. Prior to that, Jeremy was Finance Director of Ogilvy and Mather (a subsidiary of WPP Plc). Jeremy began his professional career at Pricewaterhouse Coopers where he qualified as a chartered accountant, subsequently spent four years with both Pricewaterhouse Coopers and Bristol Myers Squibb (US NYSE: BMY) in New York, USA.

Mr Jeremy Paul Summerfield (aged 44) holds or has held the below current and former directorships within the past 5 years. Mr Summerfield has no beneficial interest in the Ordinary Shares of Everyman.
